Typical Grades

Grade Hardness Melt Flow / Viscosity Key Performance Filament Diameter Typical Use
TPU-3D 85A FX 85A Medium flow Very flexible, good layer bonding, soft touch 1.75 mm / 2.85 mm Soft prototypes, gaskets, flexible shells
TPU-3D 90A GP 90A Balanced flow Easy filament extrusion, better feeding & dimensional stability 1.75 mm General-purpose flexible filaments
TPU-3D 95A ST 95A Higher flow Stiffer feel, improved overhangs & printing speed 1.75 mm / 2.85 mm Functional parts, brackets, fixtures

Note: Flow index and hardness can be tuned to suit filament line design and target printer settings (nozzle size, speed, direct/Bowden drive).

Key Advantages

  • Stable melt flow for round, consistent filament diameter
  • Good layer bonding and surface finish on FDM/FFF printers
  • Balance of flexibility vs. printability for 85A–95A range
  • Suitable for 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm flexible filament products

Key features – diameter stability, layer bonding, flexibility, printability

Processing & Recommendations

  • Filament extrusion: drying 80 °C × 2–3 h;melt 190–210 °C(by grade & line speed)
  • Use precise diameter control(laser gauge) and chilled water/air cooling
  • Recommend smooth drive rollers and correct spooling tension to avoid deformation
  • End user printing: typical 210–240 °C nozzle, slow printing speed & reduced retraction (For end-user reference only)
