Processing Guidelines
- Extrusion type: Precision catheter extrusion (single- or multi-lumen)
- Melt temperature: 160–185 °C based on hardness
- Die temperature: 165–175 °C
- Drying: 70–80 °C for 2–3 hours before extrusion
- Notes: Maintain low friction surface finish through controlled cooling
