Medical TPE
Chemdo’s general-purpose TPE series is based on SEBS and SBS thermoplastic elastomers, offering a flexible, soft, and cost-effective material for a wide range of consumer and industrial applications. These materials provide rubber-like elasticity with easy processability on standard plastic equipment, serving as ideal replacements for PVC or rubber in daily-use products.

General Purpose TPE
Chemdo’s automotive-grade TPE series is formulated for vehicle interior and exterior components that require durability, weather resistance, and aesthetic surface quality. These materials combine the soft touch of rubber with the efficiency of thermoplastic processing, making them ideal replacements for PVC, rubber, or TPV in sealing, trim, and comfort parts.

Automotive TPE
Chemdo’s cable-grade TPE series is designed for flexible wire and cable insulation and jacketing applications. Compared with PVC or rubber, TPE provides a halogen-free, soft-touch, and recyclable alternative with superior bending performance and temperature stability. It is widely used in power cables, data cables, and charging cords.

Wire & Cable TPE
Chemdo’s aliphatic TPU series offers exceptional UV stability, optical transparency, and color retention. Unlike aromatic TPU, aliphatic TPU does not yellow under sunlight exposure, making it the preferred choice for optical, transparent, and outdoor applications where long-term clarity and appearance are critical.
