Processing
Chemical foaming (Foam-TPU): standard injection/extrusion with endothermic blowing agents; typical melt 170–200 °C.
Bead molding (E-TPU): pre-expanded beads, steam molding; optimized for uniform cells and rebound.
Hybrid midsoles: TPU pads or plates hot-bonded with EVA/PU.
