Where This TPU Is Used
Outsole TPU is typically used in:
- Sports & running shoes – grip, flexibility, impact resistance
- Casual / fashion shoes – transparent or colored outsoles, anti-yellowing
- Safety / work shoes – high hardness, cut resistance, oil resistance
Compared with rubber or TPR, TPU outsoles can deliver higher abrasion resistance and better long-term mechanical stability, while still allowing direct injection molding and color customization.

Processing & Production Method
These TPU outsole compounds are designed for:
- Direct injection molding into the final outsole shape
- Good flowability for complex tread geometry
- Fast cycle time without vulcanization
Recommended melt temperature: typically 180–210 °C (actual setting depends on mold design and hardness).
