Regional Sales Manager (Global Market)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop overseas markets including Asia, Europe, Africa and America, maintain customer & channel resources, and achieve annual sales targets.

2. Independently handle overseas customer negotiation, quotation, order follow-up and payment collection.

3. Build regional sales networks, maintain long-term customer relationships, and improve regional market share.

4. Monitor overseas market trends, analyze market conditions and optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

1. No nationality restriction. Bechelar degree or above, major in Chemistry, International Trade or Marketing is preferred.

2. Relevant experience in plastic & chemical raw material trading is highly preferred.

3. Familiar with full export procedures, fluent in English for business communication; additional language skills are a plus.

4. Capable of overseas market development and business negotiation, stress-resistant with basic risk control awareness.

5. Able to work cross-timezone and take short overseas business trips; proficient in international office & communication tools.
