Chemdo group meeting on “traffic”

Chemdo group held a collective meeting on “expanding traffic” at the end of June 2022. At the meeting, the general manager first showed team the direction of “two main lines”: the first is “Product Line” and the second is “Content Line”. The former is mainly divided into three steps: designing, producing and selling products, while the latter is also mainly divided into three steps: designing, creating and publishing content.
Then, the general manager launched the new strategic objectives of the enterprise on the second “Content Line”, and announced the formal establishment of the new media group. A group leader led each group member to perform their respective duties, brainstorm ideas, and constantly run in and discuss with each other. Everyone will try their best to take the new media group as the facade of the company, as a “window” to open the outside world and continuously drive traffic.
After arranging the work flow, quantitative requirements and some supplements, the general manager said that in the second half of the year, the company’s team should increase the investment in traffic, increase the sources of inquiry, spread nets widely, catch more “fish”, and strive to achieve “maximum income”.
At the end of the meeting, the general manager also called for the importance of “human nature”, and advocated that colleagues should be friendly to each other, help each other, build an increasingly powerful team, work together for a better tomorrow, and let each employee grow into a unique one.
