On August 18, five representative PVC manufacturing companies in China, on behalf of the domestic PVC industry, requested the Ministry of Commerce of China to conduct anti-dumping investigations against imported PVC originating in the United States. On September 25, the Ministry of Commerce approved the case. Stakeholders need to cooperate and need to register anti-dumping investigations with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce in a timely manner. If they fail to cooperate, the Ministry of Commerce will make a ruling based on the facts and best information that has been obtained.
